Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of IleAI, an artificial intelligence gateway platform giving access, through a single API and dashboard, to models offered by third-party providers (text, image, vision, audio, video, translation, embeddings). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and your API keys. Any activity carried out from your account or with your keys is deemed to have been carried out by you. Report any unauthorized use to us immediately. Use of the service requires that you have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence, or have the authorization of a legal representative.

• The service runs on usage, via prepaid credits, with no subscription.
• Credits are purchased in cryptocurrency through our payment provider; the amount is debited as you actually consume it (provider cost plus a service margin).
• You can set a monthly spending cap and an alert, with optional blocking once the cap is reached.
• Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits remain usable as long as your account is active; any request for a refund of unused credits is reviewed case by case by contacting us.
• Displayed rates may change if the underlying providers change theirs; already-purchased credits are not affected retroactively.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate or distribute illegal content, content exploiting or sexualizing minors, or content inciting violence or hatred.
• Infringe a third party's intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass the service's security, billing, or rate limits.
• Resell access to the service without prior agreement, or impersonate a third party.

Each AI provider additionally applies its own acceptable use policy (related to content generated by its models): you also agree to comply with it for any request routed to that provider. Any breach may result in suspension or termination of your account, without refund of credits already consumed.

You retain all rights to the content you submit (prompts, files) and, within the limits permitted by the AI provider used, to the content generated in response. IleAI claims no rights to this content and does not use it to train models. Each provider's own terms of use (rights over outputs, any restrictions) remain applicable — refer to their respective terms for commercial use of generated content.

We implement automatic failover between providers in the event of a provider outage, without however guaranteeing uninterrupted availability of the service as a whole: it depends on the infrastructure and availability of third-party providers outside our control. We may change, suspend, or remove a model or provider from the catalog at any time, in particular if the provider itself withdraws it.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability shall not be engaged for content generated by third-party providers' models (accuracy, bias, offensive nature), nor for indirect consequences of an unavailability of the service or of a provider. You remain solely responsible for your use of generated content, in particular for verifying it before any factual, medical, legal, or financial use.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or non-payment. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of credits already consumed.

We may modify these terms to reflect an evolution of the service, of applicable regulations, or of our providers. In the event of a substantial modification, we will notify you by email or via the dashboard before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
